An ode to the beloved birria tacos and bold street flavours of Jalisco, Mexico — brought to life through fire, spice, and good times.
Located in Woolloongabba’s historic Clarence Corner, Birria Boy is set within a restored heritage building where rustic charm meets lively street-food flair.
At the heart of our kitchen is a traditional woodfired oven, anchoring a menu of bold, share-style dishes designed to bring people together. Up front, our open kitchen is on full display, with chefs firing birria tacos and snacks to order.
Our drinks list is just as spirited — showcasing tequilas, mezcals, alongside frozen margaritas and craft lagers brewed in collaboration with local favourites.

We are a licensed venue offering a beverage list of Cocktails, Mexican Beers & Spirits and Non-Alcoholic beverages we’re currently offering BYO for wines for a corkage of $20 per bottle.
